You have (14) days from the date you received the eyeglasses to request a one-time replacement pair of equal or lesser value or a full refund. Eyeglasses must be in unworn condition and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be issued to the same card used to process the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
Returns for contact lenses will be accepted within 14 days of delivery only if packaging is sealed, unopened, and unmarked. Contact lens cases are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
A refund may not show up in your credit card statement until the next monthly billing cycle.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Our warranty on frames and lenses is valid for a year from the date of receipt, you can claim your warranty by contact us by email or phone with you receipt number and our lab will decided if it is covered under warranty or not.
This warranty covers manufactural defects of both frames and lenses. However, our warranty does not include normal wear and tear of frames and lenses. Our warranty does not include replacement parts.
Customers can report any received damaged lenses or glasses within 14 days from receiving a product by contacting us through email. After the 14 days period, any damage of purchased products will be classified as wear and tear, and will not be eligible for any replacement or warranty claim
