How to measure frame size
It's important to find the right fit when purchasing eyeglasses. We've created a helpful guide to make the process quick and easy. Here's what you need to know when looking for your eyeglasses and sunglasses frame measurements.
To find out your frame size, first look for the three numbers on the inside of your current pair of glasses. The three numbers will be located on the temple—the part of the frame that rests on the side of your face.
Left to right, these eyeglass measurements are as follows:
1. Lens width (55 in the example)
2. Bridge width (15 in the example)
3. Temple length (140 in the example)
A fourth number may be noted on the arms of your eyeglasses, which indicates lens height. All measurements are in millimeters.
